The Edith Bishel Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated
to serving the blind and visually impaired in southeastern Washington and northeastern Oregon. Our center currently
serves 6 eastern Washington counties: Benton; Franklin; Walla Walla; Columbia; Yakima and as of July 1, 2009
Klickitat counties. In 2008 our center assisted 1,921 community members.
